- Please note that the technical support service is not designed to provide statistical advice. You are entitled to free email technical support if you have bought any version of MLwiN and can supply details of your purchase which we can trace on our database. If you are a UK academic and have downloaded the free version you are unfortunately not entitled to free support. If support is required, please purchase MLwiN in the usual way

Sending attachments
There is no facility for attaching files to the initial enquiry form, but once your enquiry has been issued with a number you can then send attachments by email. However:
- You will not be able to send MLwiN worksheets (*.ws or *.wsz) as Outlook 2003 forcibly blocks all attachments of *.ws (or .wsz) extension, so you must zip these files
- If this is not possible, please email mlwin-support@bristol.ac.uk for a link to use the University of Bristol's Facility for the Upload of Large Files (FLUFF)
