Hi all,
My question is how to compare goodness of fit of nested models when log likelihood is not available (after multiple imputation using Realcom)
Many thanks

Re: loglikelihood not available
Hello,
Since the value for loglikelihood is not available after performing multiple imputation using Realcom, how can one comment on model fit of the imputed data?
Many thanks,
Zahra

level 2 responses following level 1
Hi,
In Realcom manual it says level 2 responses must all follow level 1.
What does this mean?
I am getting an error when imputing my 2 level dataset using mlwin/realcom which says:
level 2 responses do not all follow level 1.
Many thanks for your help.

a simple question- missing data
Hi,
My data ( with missing values) is in mlwin, after running Multiple Imputation in Realcom, why does my data still show missing values?
For example how can I run descriptive statistics on my complete dataset?
Many thanks!
Zahra

data length mismatch (ISTA)
Hello,
I have fitted models in mlwin for my 2 level repeated measure data. child is level 2 and occasion is level 1. Each child has 3 occasions.
I am running Realcom impute to tackle the missing value issue in my data, when I retrieve the data and after I click on start analysis in mlwin I get ...

Re: 2 level vs. single level imputation model
sorry for so many questions and thank you very much for replying,
So in other word, if I am using Realcom for multiple imputation, I have to use all my variables in MOI ( dependent and predictor variables) either as auxiliary or response?
And in my 2 level data structure, if I am not planning to ...

Re: 2 level vs. single level imputation model
Thank you, but what if I can't use my level 1 variable in my imputation model?
My level 1 variable has missing values so it cannot be used as auxiliary variable.
My level 1 variable is my dependent variable and according to some school of thoughts, dependent variables should not be predicted in ...

Re: 2 level vs. single level imputation model
Thank you very much for your reply.
So, just to confirm, even though there is no level 1 variable in my imputation model, and all I am predicting is level 2 covariates, I can still use 2 level imputation model?
Many many thanks
Zahra

2 level vs. single level imputation model
Dear experts,
Can I have a 2 level imputation model where I predict only covariates at Level 2 without using my level 1 variable ?
I have a 2 level repeated measure data structure. My level 1 variable is my dependent variable and it has missing values.
If I do not use my dependent variable ...

Re: loglikelihood not available
Hi Chris,
Thanks for your reply
Now I know why there is a loglikelihood value in the tutorial!
My values are not too different from the tutorial values but then again tutorial values are not so different from before imputation values, so I am not sure.
I have attached the models before imputation ...
