Re: Using Stata commands lroc and lstat after runmlwin
Dear Chris, Thank you very much for your prompt reply, much appreciated! I am using the dataset provided in the paper by Merlo and colleagues to learn from their approach : https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0153778.s004 I generated the following syntax : runmlwin Psycmed cons male agegroup2 agegr...

Re: Using Stata commands lroc and lstat after runmlwin
Dear George, I am also doing a series of multilevel analysis to identify the availability of diagnostic tests in primary care surgeries in different countries. Surgeries characteristics are level 1 and country level 2. I would like to do it with MCMC, because the prevalence of my binary dependent va...

Hello Hamza,
I am using runmlwin for a similar analysis based on the paper by Melro et al that you quote.
Did you manage to produce AUC and ROC curves?
Thank you.
Manuel

Coefficient legends after runmlwin
Hello ,
I am new with runmlwin.
In stata after melogit it is possible to get the coefficient names using coeflegend to then use the coefficient for algebraic calculations.
I tried coeflegend after runmlwin but it doesn't work.
How an I get coefficient legends after runmlwin?
Thank you
Manuel

Preparation of continuous variables before MCMC (checking linearity and centring to the mean)
Hello I am new to runmlwin. I want to conduct a two-level random intercept multilevel analysis with a binary outcome variable, using the MCMC method to identify determinants of the availability of diagnostic tests in primary care surgeries. I am using a multilevel approach because I want to examine ...
