Good-of-fit measure in poisson multilevel model

Post by PimVerbun »

Dear all,

I'm modelling a Multilevel negative binomial model. I would like to have agoodness-of-fit measure to compare the strength of my models; is such a statistic available in the multilevel negative binomial model?

Many thanks,

If you're fitting with MCMC then you could compare the DIC statistics, otherwise we would normally suggest doing a Wald test.
