Subscript of variables in multivariate MLM

Dear all,

I was trying to run a 3-level multivariate model, when I put everything in, I found the the subscript of the variables are not the same as expected, all the levels contained the subscript of "ijk" instead of according to which level the variable belongs to! Would it be actaully the same or there would be some discrepancies in the estimation?
