Multilevel Model not running on MLwiN

Dear Colleagues

I have been desperately trying to get my multilevel model running on MLwiN. I need this for my PhD. So far, I have managed to get a model running on a single level regression basis (see enclosed file) but not as a multilevel model. I have consulted the help files as well as the available manuals.
Obviously, there is something I have missed out in order to get my model as a multilevel model running.

It would be great, if somebody could give me a hint. This would be really highly appreciated!
