Predictions for each of level 2 identifiers

Post by adsri2030 »

Hello
I'm a new user and using the free trial.
I have a multinomial model with two levels: individuals nested within countries. The model has both random intercept and random coefficients.
I have been using the customised predictions to get predicted probabilities from the final model.

I would also like to see for each country the predicted probability of the outcome categories. Is this possible?

Thank you

Anna

You should be able to do this via the standard prediction functionality. For an example see section 4.2 of the MLwiN user's guide (http://bristol.ac.uk/cmm/software/mlwin ... nuals.html).
