Covariance Structures

Post by lmc »

I am interested in fitting a multilevel model with a compound symmetry stucture for its random effects for repeated measures data, where the levels are individuals and then the repeated measures. I believe that to do so one would use the Parameter Constraints window but I am unsure how to do this. I have two parameters in my model, an intercept and the individual's age, both of which have random effects attached at the individual and observation level. Any help someone could give me would be much appreciated.
