autocorrelation problem in within-between random effect model

I can't see anything obviously wrong with the generated script. Could you please make sure that you are using the most recent version of MLwiN (v3.04) available from https://www.cmm.bristol.ac.uk/clients/softwaredownload/? If that doesn't make a difference could you see whether you still get the problem when using the development version of runmlwin (available at https://bitbucket.org/cmm_stata/runmlwin/src/master/)?

You also said before that when you click "Resume macro" that you get the message "The model did not run properly in MLwiN. You most likely clicked the 'Abort Macro' button in MLwiN, rather than the 'Resume Macro' button.". Can you confirm whether this is after you click "Resume macro" the first or second time?
