problems in getting started with REALCOM

Post by chiaride2015 »

Hi,
I have recently installed the REALCOM-Impute package following the instructions on the website (I first installed the MATLAB runtime R2012b Windows 32-bit version and then the Realcom-Imputation).
However, when I open the program from my menu, only a black window called "C:\Program File (x86)\Realcom\Imputation|mixed_responses_exe appears on the screen and then suddenly disappears.
I cannot understand what went wrong.
Any support would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Chiara

Could you try running the command:

Code: Select all

"c:\Program Files (x86)\Realcom\Imputation\mixed_responses.exe"
directly through a Windows command prompt so that any error messages will remain visible after the application has stopped?
