Problem with imputation

Post by ali482002 »

Hi all,
I run an imputation in Realcom but at the prompt screen I saw the following messages;
Wishart sampled lev 2 cov mtx badly conditioned: generalised inverse used.
It replicated after 170 iterations.
What does it mean?
Regards
Ali

This may be a data problem - have you made sure that you missing code you are using matches that expected by Realcom? It may help if you can describe the data and model that you are using.
