Modify settings.cfg

I'm trying to follow the directions here to setup Stat-JR to run the MI templates: http://www.bristol.ac.uk/cmm/software/s ... evelImpute. I find a default_settings.cfg file in C:\statjrsrc\apps\deep, C:\statjrsrc\apps\scripting, and C:\statjrsrc\apps\tree. I'm not seeing the settings.cfg referred to on the web instructions. Not sure what this means. Can someone help me out? Thx.
