Imputation Model

Post by hdilk0507 »

Is there a method (s) to decide which variables should be included in the imputation model? Is it good if I include all level 1 & level 2 variables in my data set in the imputation model?

You should generally use all variables that will appear in the model of ineterst. In addition you can condition on any auxiliary variables that might be useful for satisfying the missing at random assumption.
