You don't say what you were doing prior to getting this message, so it is hard to say exactly what the cause is, however it suggests that something in the model specification has changed since you last ran the model (for example a variable was added/removed). This can prevent commands that rely on the model matching the estimates from working, for example running MCMC or performing post-estimation commands.
