Multilevel moderator

Hi there,
Does anyone know how to test multilevel moderating effects in MLwiN?
That is to be said a 2nd level moderator is going to affect a 1st level main variable.
I include the 2nd level moderator in the model and I set the 1st level main variable to be "fixed parameter" and checked "j" as well. But I guess this only gives the random slope effect which doesn't measure the effect of the 2nd level moderator on the main variable.
Dis i miss anything?
